ABOUT AIESEC

Definition
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their
leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit
organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher
education. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual
orientation, religion or national/social origin.
We are a global network of young leaders under the age of 30 who strive to better
themselves and the communities around them since 1948. We are passionate about
world issues, leadership development, cultural understanding and experiential
learning.

AIESEC in Indonesia

AIESEC in Indonesia is one of the entities out of 120 entities around the world and
was established in 1984. AIESEC in Indonesia was listed as the 60th country as an
entity of AIESEC in International Conferences held in France.  To ensure the
alignment of what the organization does as part of the global organization’s
movement in Indonesia and towards the country’s conditions, AIESEC in
Indonesia created “Indonesia is a Home” as the main ambition in 2015.

We believe that leadership is the fundamental solution and can be
developed in everyone.
3. What : We enable young people to develop their leadership through learning
from practical experiences in challenging environments. We do this
through cross-cultural exchange programs and by creating these
opportunities.

 We develop leaders who are self-aware, solution-oriented, world citizens

who can empower others.

There are so many way to be a better person, but this platform will give you a
opportunity to have new experience while making a difference to the world. This
program ask you to get out of your comfort zone, to see the other side of this
world. There are so many new perspective of life out there from everyone in other
part of this world.
By taking this opportunity Program, you are contributing to the place that really
needs you to change it, to be a better place. This program is waiting for youth
people who want to contribute, be an agent of change, to create the world for a
better place.
You are never too young to change the world, the little steps matter.

Web Series
will tell the story of a youth person who is willing to make a far better change to
the world by running this program and gaining experience, and then felt that a
change had taken place in him, becoming someone better and having leadership
qualities by having this program.
