Dear Sir,

Currently, PT. Ganesha Blessindo Indonesia is processing the International Swift. In this SWIFT, UOB Singapore is the Bank
Receiver while PT. Bank Jtrust Indonesia is a beneficiary. The swift is from Deutsche Postbank AG Germany. Thus, we
would like to ask for your help to coordinate with UOB Singapore to conduct the SWIFT’s procedures.

Regarding to the Transaction Code: AVU-GER-EUR500M-08122020, herewith we are confirmed that we already send the
swift, via swift.com, and please do the transaction steps as below.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES :
1. Sender’s will Transfer the Funds via https://www.swift.com System (global SWIFT Server at Brussels) to Receiver and
Provide SLIP CUSTOMER COPY to Receiver.
2. Don’t go to SWIFT ROOM or SWIFT MACHINE ROOM because the Fund send by SWIFT DIGITAL SYSTEM and
just used : https://www.swift.com , part of BRUSSELS SWIFT too (Each Bank Called it Debit Incoming Transfer).
3. After Receiver get the SLIP CUSTOMER COPY, RBO (Receiver Bank Officer) will track the fund to the GLOBAL
SWIFT SERVER Via WWW.SWIFT.COM, Where RBO must be put the General Sender Data and Receiver and
special code :
- TRN (FAAS026202813400) or F20
- Tracking Code : 1931501660/24
- Release Code : 34V324
- PASS Key : 546786
4. Put all the codes to your swift system or Global Server Common or could be used the https://www.swift.com and Alliance
Lite 2
5. After insert the code, you are now connecting to the server of sender’s Bank and automatically the sender’s account will
be debited.
6. After takedown is completed, fund will come to your banking commercial account / Common Account and the RBO will
be Credit the Fund from Common Account to Receiver Account.
7. Transaction Complete.

We also attached the SWIFT Customer Copy as the supported document.
