I chose this news, because it is about the main problem of our society.

Covid-19 influenced to whole world and all countries economies. Africa is a

poorest continent and its countries always suffer from hungriness and poorness. In

the time of the pandemic, people who live in this continent and poor countries

suffered from illness and they had hard times. I am very interested in how people

can handle with this pandemic. According to the news, people who had other

illnesses affected more from Covid-19, and this period of time, people who have

other illnesses cannot get enough care for their health. WHO is working for

providing treatment to the people who have noncommunicable diseases. As a

result, it was very fortunate to know that WHO cares for those people and tries to

do something. However, I think that Africa is the place which needs more help,

and as a society, all people should help those people who experience hard times in

this period.

This news grabbed my attention because it is about the performance of

restaurants in this Covid-19 period. My major is business, this news somehow

touches to my major. In this period, most of restaurant either temporarily or

permanently closed. To read about how the hard times of the society have involved

is very sad for me. Both retail operations and restaurants are struggling from these

times. The business owners had to make significant investments on new appliances

such as personal safety equipment, outdoor seating, indoor acrylic dividers and

new contactless payment technology. Territories enabling indoor dining have

imposed seating limits to ensure that customers and workers comply with social

separation regulations. So, in that way businesses can overcome in this period.

This news was very exciting for me. Azerbaijan, my country began to

answer the aggression of Armenian soldiers. This was for safety of civil citizens of

Azerbaijan. According to the news, Armenians destroyed a combat helicopter of

Azerbaijan. I think that after all they have done to my country, we as a country

should stand up and answer to their aggression. Armenians should know their

places and should not attack to my country. If they do, they will get their answers

as the way that they understand. Although we are peaceful country, we cannot be

silent, if other barbarian country tries to attack us.

supporting media industry. She wrote about importance of the media and inthis

pandemic period how media affected to the weelbeing of the citizens,a dn how it

tried to encourage people for making charity work. I also think that with the

widespread use of social media, traditional media loses its importance. However, I

think that traditional media is very important for the society and culture of

countries, and government should support it. Although, in Azerbaijan media is not

very developed like other countries, I think that journalism and media should

always be supported and should be in the better place than it is now.

I am in terested in the news which offers solutions for Covid-19 pandemic,

and this nes is one of them. It talks about China has joined to the Covid-19 vaccine

alliance which is known as COVAX. COVAX is the community which developed

countries finance to vaccine for the wellbieng of the poor countries. In my opinion,

China should be the first who join the community, because this country started this

pandemic, and it should be the one who tries most for solving this problem. The

news also mentions that the US has declined to join this community, and this part

also grabbd my attention, because I think that the US should be the one who helps

more to other countries because of its position in the whole world. As a result,

knowing that some countries tries to solve this problem for both poor countries and

themselves made me feel better.

strategy for making environment to be zero pollution. I was interested in this topic

because chemical pollution is one of the main problems of the world. I think that

with the help of this strategies, and communities like European Green Deal, we

will overcome this issue. The news also shows timelines for this strategy, so I am

very interested to see result of this strategy. I think in this hard time of the world, it

was good to read that countries are trying to solve problems other than the

epidemic problem.

This news was about my country’s success. After 30 years of waiting, with

the successful strategy of Azerbaijani presidents, Azerbaijan begins to get back its

occupied places. One of these places is Zengilan which is reach with its reserves.

This news is about reevaluation of those reserves, and calculating how much of

reserves had been used by Armenians. This news grabbed my attention, because it

is a proof of our victory as a country, and it is our revenge from aggressor country.

I feel very happy to hear that finally after 30 years craving, we finally got our

places back.

I chose this news, because when I read it, I became very sad. This is loss of

culture and history. According to the news, Islamic Museum in Jerusalem

began to sell historical pieces to private collector in auction. Although,

archeologists, government itself and other countries are disappointed for this action

of the museum, they couldn’t do anything for preventing this action. When I read

it, I thought that it’s very bad for the future. Museums are the places for keeping

antiques and rare things in safe, but when they began to sell them to collectors,

collectors can lose them and people can’t see those things again. As a result, future

generations will grow without knowing the history. I think that government should

do something for preventing this action of museum and responsible people should

be punished.

This news is about my county’s - AZERBAIJAN’s victory. Finally, after the

difficult battle period, my country could get Şuşa back with successfull strategy of

our president. Şuşa is a strategical city which will determine the end of the war. By

getting Şuşa back, my country will get victory soon. According to the news,

Hikmet Hajiyev posted this great news in his twitter page. It was the best news, I

have ever heard and read. I thank to my president and my country’s army for this

victory. Şuşa is a city, that I always wanted to visit since my childhood, and this

victory gave me this chance.

This news is about Azerbaijan’s victory. Finally, 0 percent of my country

occupied by aggressor. This news came after the victory in Şuşa for sure.

According to the news, ceasefire agreement has been signed in favor of

Azerbaijan. According to the peace deal, the Kalbajar region will be returned to

Azerbaijan by Nov. 15, the Aghdam region by Nov. 20 and the Lachin region by Dec. 1.

After 30 years occupation of our lands, finally we are the one who has victory. This news

mentions the conditions of ceasefire agreement. When I read, I felt very happy that war

ended. I knew that my country will win the war, knowing that none of our soldiers will be

martyr felt me amazing. Finally, our new generation will leave in the country which won

the war and which’s lands are not occupied.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that he is very please that this conflict has

finished. The news also mentions that he announced $5 million in humanitarian

This news grabbed my attention, because it was always interesting for me what US

thinks about Nagorno-Karabakh case. Although the position of France was against

to Azerbaijan, the US has not been fully against to us, and in some cases they was

talking in favor of Azerbaijan.

champion either took silver medal or bronzer medal in the champion which are

very important places of the championship. Seeing this kind of successes of my

without internet. I as a student need internet a lot and there is not a single day that I

This news is about the last period of Azerbaijan. Ilham Aliyev, President of

Azerbaijan, attended a meeting of CIS with video conference. He talked both about

the pandemic period, and also about Nogorno-Karabakh. This news mostly

attracted my attention, because in this meeting, the president also talked about

rebuild process of Nogorno-Karabakh region. He said that main place in this

process will be given to Turkish companies and will be financed by government

budget. This news was interesting, because reading about future of Nogorno-

Karabakh region as our own land made me feel proud and I began to dream about

going to those regions after the end of the rebuild process.
