1.

Centre to centre distance of columns in staad is not matching with architectural drawings ,

the architectural and structural drawings shall be in coordination with structural analysis in
staad.

2. Circular Columns – to be replaced by rectangular columns ,in view of high moments.

3. Beam dimensions shall be fixed keeping in view of the deflections.
4. Slab thickness shall be reduced to 150mm by introducing intermediate beam.
5. Live load shall be in accordance with IS 875 part 2.
6. Wind loads shall be applied to the structure as per code in staad analysis.
7. Seismic weights shall include Live loads with reduction factor as per code.
8. Seismic factors shall be as per IS1893-2016 .
9. Change the Modules of elasticity for M25 grade of concrete .
10. Load combinations shall be as per code.
