How to Pay the Application Fee for Hohai Online Application

Dear Students:

Thank you for the interest at Hohai University. All the candidates have to pay
400RMB/$60 application fee, otherwise the application will be considered
invalid and won't be accepted.

The candidates can choose to pay on Hohai Financial Platform（preferable） or

transfer the application fee to Hohai University bank account.

1. Pay on Hohai Financial Platform (Preferable)

See below for the guidance:

1). Visit the website: http://cwcwx.hhu.edu.cn/xysf/, click“报名系统”at the top

right corner.

2).Click the right item for different programs.

3). Click “报名”.

 For Chinese Language Program, click “报名”.

 For Degree Programs, click “报名”.

4). Click “注册”to register for a new account.

5). Input all the detailed information required, then click “报名” at the bottom.
NOTE：

 Full Name: Your passport name.

 Application No.: The Hohai online application number (2020******* or

2021*******, 11 digits in total), this number will be the username for you to
log in the system. (Important!!!)

 Mobile Phone No.: at least 11 digits ( 00+country code+*******).

 Password: Input the same password twice for the items“密码”and “确

认密码”. This password will be used to log in the system. (Important!!!)

 Security Question: Choose the first one: 母 亲 的 生 日 (your mother's

birthday).

 Your Answer: Input accordingly.

 Verification Code: Input the same characters as shown.

6). Register successfully and click “确定”.

7). Click “缴费”.

8). Check your name (姓名) and application No.（身份证号）etc. and make sure
you choose the right item, then click “下一步”.
9). Double check the information and click “下一步”.

10). Choose Ali Pay, Wechat Pay or China Construction Bank Remittance for
application fee payment, then click “确认支付”.

11). Scan the code by Ali or Wechat APP.

12). Click “付款” and pay 400 RMB application fee.

13). Upload the E-receipt/screenshot as the attachment to the Hohai online

application system.(Important!!!)

2. Transfer the application fee to Hohai University account (Not

Recommended)

Transfer Abroad（US Dollar only, $60）：

Do write down your application number and nationality on bank note's remark
area for faster identity verification and upload the remittance voucher as the
attachment.
