1) Open the website of Information Center http://nic.whu.edu.cn/.

 2) Click “上网自助注册”and input your student NO. , student card

password, verification code provided. (Your default password is the last

6 numbers of your passport NO. or student ID No.).

2、How to recharge your account by card?

1) Open the website of Information Center http://nic.whu.edu.cn/.

Or you can click this website:

http://user-serv.whu.edu.cn:8080/selfservice/

2）login to this website, and click “充值”

3）choose one way to recharge your account.

4）you can check the your balance and expiry date in “业务明细”
3、How to write a fault report?

1）download the app“智慧珞珈”。iPhone users can download it through

app store. Android users can download it in this website:

2)login to the app.
3) then the repairman will connect with you.

4、If you have the “reached to maximum users”

situation.

1) You can manually remove devices that are offline/not connected if this

error occurs.
