Ingredients

Small bananas (2 small, broken them into chunks)
Strawberries (1 cup, frozen and unsweetened)
Vanilla low fat yogurt (1 container about 8 ounce)
Milk (3/4 cups)

Direction
Combine frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk and bananas in a mixer or a blender and give it
a few pulses. Now pour in glasses and serve yummy smoothie

Ingredients

Strawberries (7 large)
Lemon yogurt (1 container about 8 ounce)
Orange juice (1/3 cup)

Direction
Take frozen strawberries (already frozen for about 1 hour or more) and combine with
yogurt and orange juice in a blender or mixer. Give it few pulses until blend well. Pour
into glasses and serve.

Peanut butter (2 tbsp)

Skim milk (half cup)

Direction
Blend all the ingredients to the blender. Add milk over ingredients. Blend with few high
pulses until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Blueberry juice cocktail (1 ¼ cups, chilled)
Fresh blueberries (3/4 cup, rinsed and cleaned)
Vanilla yogurt (1 cup)

Direction
Combine blueberries and juice cocktail in a blender or mixer and give few pulses until
completely smoothie.
Now add yogurt and blend again until the yogurt mix well.

Ingredients

Cantaloupe (1/4, peeled, cubed and seeded)
Honeydew melon (1/4, peeled, cubed and seeded)
Lime (1, juiced)
Sugar (2 tbsp)

Direction
Combine sugar, lime juice, honeydew, cantaloupe in a blender and give it few high speed
pulses until smoothie. Pour into the glasses and serve yummy smoothie.

Crushed ice (1 cup)

Coconut milk (3/4 cup)


Brewed coffee (1/4 cup)


Sugar (3 tbsp)

Chocolate mix (1 tbsp, hot)

Direction
Combine vanilla extract with hot chocolate mix, sugar, coffee, milk, coconut and ice in a
blender or a mixer. Give it a few high pulses until smoothie. Pour into glasses and serve.

Direction
Combine all ingredients to the bowl of blender and blend until smooth. Look if not
completely smooth; again give it high speed pulses. Pour into glasses and serve.

Frozen mixed berries (half cup)

Direction
Combine all ingredients to the bowl of blender. Blend until smooth. Let it cool in

Direction
Combine together broccoli, blueberries, celery, lime, honey, chia seeds, cauliflower and
water to the blender bowl. Give it high speed pulses and blend until smooth. Pour into

Direction
Cut banana into half inch chunks and chill for 2 hours.
Combine flaxseed meal, oats, and almond in the blender and blend. Give it few pulses
until smoothie. Add frozen bananas, blueberries, yogurt, buttermilk and grape juice. Blend
again, until smoothie.

Basil (4 leaves)
Frozen mango pieces(1 cup)
Strawberries (5 hulled)
Water (1 cup)
White sugar (1/4 cup)

Direction
Add water, strawberries, mango, and basil to the bowl of blender and blend it well until
smoothie.
Now add sugar and ice cubes and blend it again. Pour into glasses and serve.

Plain yogurt (half cup)

Place frozen pumpkin puree to oven and switch to high heat. Heat until it get soften. Now
add brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, and milk to the blender bowl and blend. Give few
high speed pulses according to requirement. Pour into glasses and serve.

Banana (1)
Whole almonds (16)
Rolled oats (1/4 cup)
Flaxseed meal (1 tbsp)
Frozen blueberries (1 cup)

Concord grape juice (1/4 cup)
Buttermilk (1 cup, one percent)

Direction
Chop banana into half inch chunks and freeze it for 2 hours or use already frozen banana.
Add oats, flaxseed meal, almond to the blender. Give it few high speed pulses until
smooth. Add frozen blueberries, buttermilk, grape juice, yogurt and frozen banana. Give it
pulses until smooth.

Combine, chia seeds, honey, coconut butter, blueberries and blackberries to the bowl of
blender or mixer and give it few high speed pulses until completely blend and creamy.

Direction
Add lime zest, coconut extract, sugar, ice cube, water, coconut milk, bananas and mango
to the blenders bowl and blend for about 3 minutes with high speed pulses until smooth
completely. Pour into glasses and serve.

amaretto liqueur (4 jiggers about of 1.5 ounce fluid)
milk (4 jigger about 1.5 ounce fluid)
Vanilla ice cream (1 cup)

Combine all ingredients to the ingredients bowl and give it a few high pulses until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.

Plain greek yogurt (1 cup)

Add protein powder, milk, mango, Greek yogurt and strawberries to the blender and blend
until smooth. Now add mint leaves and give a few more high speed pulses until leaves are
chopped well. About 5-6 pulses. Pour into glasses and serve well.

Pears (2, quartered and cores are removed)

Banana (1 large and cut into chunks)

Add nutmeg, cinnamon, yogurt, milk, banana and pears to the blender, cover with lid and

Silken tofu (1/4 cup, diced)
Soy milk (2 tbsp)
Fruit yogurt (1/4 cup)

Combine orange juice, banana, raspberries, yogurt, soy milk and tofu to the blender and
blend until smooth. Give 3-5 pulses. Pour into glasses and serve.

Combine ice cream, sport drink and ice to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into

Ice cubes (1 cup)

Combine kiwi, honey, lemon, limes, orange and ice to the blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients

Yams (2 medium size)
Vanilla yogurt (3 cups)
Milk (1 cup)
Ice cubes (2 cups)
White sugar (1 tsp)
Ripe banana (1 large, sliced)

Direction
Make small holes in yum with a fork and place in the microwave safe plate. Switch
microwave to high heat for about 8-10 until yams are well tender.
Let it chill, peel and diced.
Now combine banana, sugar, ice cubes, milk, yogurt and yams to the blender and blend
until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Vanilla yogurt (1 cup)


Flax seed meal (1 ½ tsp)


Honey (11/2 tsp)


Blueberries (2/3 cup)


Direction
Cut banana into half inch chunks and place in to the bowl of blender. Add honey, meal,
flax see, yogurt and milk. Blend on low speed until give homogenous and creamy fluid.
This will take about 5 minutes. Add blueberries one by one while continuing to blend on
low speed. Once the blueberries is done. Switch the blender to high speed and give it a
few more pulses until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Tropical Smoothie With Kale

Ingredients

Frozen pineapple chunks (1 ½ cups)

Kale (1 cup, chopped)


Banana (1, cut into chunks)


Almond milk (1 cup)


Direction
Combine almond milk, banana, kale and pineapple to the blender and blend until
completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
