issues on various roles in the Field of Chemistry especially in laboratory. The following issues were the

IV. Strength and Limitations

The strength of this needs assessment includes the connection of the students and the target

groups. All of the members of the group secured target respondents in a small span of time and ensured

that the interview and written survey will be done in the specified time. Moreover, the group made

objectives as to what information they would like to get from the interviewee. Questions were constructed

based on the objectives to make it logical and coherent. In addition, Forms and letters can be easily send
and received by the target respondents. Interviewers and Interviewees can easily communicate because of
the advancement of technology. In terms of written interview, both the interviewer and respondent can
have a flexible time and the respondents can able to elaborate their thoughts and answers.

On the other hand, the limitation of the study includes less interaction with the respondents in
terms of written interview. We cannot spot non-verbal cues with the respondents. And in terms of verbal
online interview, some have poor connections which results to poor interview response.
