This anchor chart is perfect for your weekly class meetings. It can be
used in so many ways. It is ideal, if you have 6 colored hats to use as
props for students to put on their heads or laps when you ask them a
question from the anchor chart. For example, ask a student to put on
their yellow hat, and select a question to ask them from the anchor
chart. What was positive about this week? This question will allow
you to see what the student liked this week in class or at school. The
student could say what they like about their friendships, play,
learning, behavior, achievements or anything else they wish to
discuss.
The 6 thinking hats can also be used to ask questions about specific
subjects. For example instead of saying: how did you feel about this
story? You could say how did you feel when you performed in the
play? How did you feel when you created an experiment in class?
Hope you enjoy using this anchor chart for your weekly class
meetings!
