ACTIVITY 3C: REFLECTION

A. If we are to compare impress and impact, they are both means that is influential and gives
impressions to other people. in contrast, impact means “effect” and impress mean “to give a
positive outlook/aura to others”.
B. There’s this one time that I was scrolling through facebook and saw a video that is about animals
and how bad people treat them. The impact on me is very deep because I have a deep soft spot
on animals. I cried and realized that I should not take animals for granted, and it made me
change my perspective since then.

ACTIVITY 2C: REFLECTION

A. The main thought of the quotation is it says that the behaviors, feelings, lifestyle and how
people in that nation support their country shows a lot on how their country is going to be
perceived by other nations
B. In comparison with hearts and souls, my role as a filipino is I am willing to fight with all my heart
and soul in this country. Because I am a true born Filipino and I have the rights to defend my
country in my own will.
C. Social media created an illusion that majority fell for. Although it promoted tourism, it has many
bad effects to in our country’s culture as many fake news are getting spread.
D. Self-restraint strengthens me when I chose to discipline myself instead of choosing the other
way. However, it’s a major weakness for me on the self-indulgence side because I get tempted
most of the time.

Open self – I know deep inside me and others see it in me too, that I am a student who works hard and
is honest every single time. Everyone sees it too in me. They praise me with that. Therefore it is my open
self.

Blind self – I did not know that I am not good at something I thought I am good at because everyone’s
reactions about it says that I am no good in it. Therefor it is my blind self.

Hidden self – everyone has secrets. My hidden self is I get stressed a lot and its mostly due to daily
events. With that, this is my hidden self.
Unknown self – I have no idea or any consciousness about my unknown self which is why it is unknown.
Even the people around my doesn’t know what my unknown self is.
