Applying SFX Makeup

SFX makeup or Special Effects Makeup is used in movies and theater


productions to simulate anything from a cut to a completly different face. In
todays makeup industry, people who can apply this type of makeup are very
valuable. For beginners the first place to start is creating fake cuts! 

Supplies
Fake Blood Makeup Brushes Eyeshadow (Black, Brown, Tan,
and Red)
White Eye Liner Pencil Scar Wax

Makeup Grade Scapple Foundation

TIPS
If the scar wax wont mold, use Burt's Bees Chapstick to rub on the wax to help soften it. 
Fake blood is thicker than stage blood.
Fake blood WILL stain your skin. Prevent by having a layer of foundation  or scar wax under
it. 
If it looks bad, its good! You cannot mess up. 
Hide in the dark and scare your family members once it is done.
