• 0 = incorrect; 1 = partial; 2 = correct
• 5 questions chosen at random; score each one

• TOTAL (0-20): Base Points + Selected Points

• Cells = basic unit of life (made up of atoms/molecules)
• 2 groups of cells: Prokaryote (NO nucleus) and Eukaryote (nucleus)
• Bacteria = Prokaryote
• Protists, Fungi, Plant, and Animals = Eukaryote

• Plant Cells vs Animal Cells


• Plant cells have 3 things that animal cells do not:
1. Chloroplasts (photosynthesis – produces food from sun, CO2 & H2O)
2. cell walls (structural support)
3. larger vacuoles (increased volume for water storage)
