Slab Underlay
The concrete underlay membrane will prevent moisture from penetrating
beneath the slab. This prevents damage to internal floor coverings from
rising damp and mould.
The Polyethylene film that is used is made especially for the Australian
building industry and conforms to Australian Standards AS2870,
AS4347.6 and AS1326

Intersection Chairs Bar B

The heavy duty intersection chair was designed for the precast industry and the production of “SuperT Beams”.
Bar A
The result is a design that takes advantage of the intersection to provide a chair that does not move. Clipped
to both bars at the intersection, the chair is amazingly secure and will not swivel or turn, ideal in vertical
applications. The chairs are currently designed to accommodate combinations of Y16 bars and Y12 bars.
Designed and manufactured from quality plastic for optimum performance, the new chairs have been load

 Formwork
Panel forming extruded aluminium section that is used to form up panels,
both in the Precast and Tilt-Up sectors. It has a 22mm chamfer and
comes in 5.8m lengths.

Key Joint
Sacrificial metal stay in place keyjoint system for on ground slabs, sold in
lengths only, priced per each, price includes stakes. Permanent capping for
metal keyjoint system, available in a range of colours, sold in rolls only.

Inner Formwork - Door & Window Forming

1.6 Galvanised flashing with 22mm chamfer. The depth is marginally narrower
than the standard 150, 175 and 200mm depth to allow for screeding.

Fillets and Mockjoints

Fillet is plastic extruded lengths of triangles used to create a chamfer on the
panel edge. Mockjoint is an extruded trapezoid shape that forms a false joint.

expands as it absorbs water and fills up concrete joint gaps confirming to the gap variation, ensuring
excellent sealing. Hydrotite is based on tehnology of hydrophilics, a material which expands in a
controlled fashion by approximately eight times by volume in presence of moisture to create a
pressure seal within the joint.
