introspection is based on my likings, past experiences, perception, motivation, visceral feelings, how
I interacts with others and many more things that I have assumed are in me, Based on all of that I’ve
figured it out that I possess democratic leadership style because whenever I have to make a decision,
I allow others to give inputs I go with different perspective and Ideas, I get emotionally attach to my
followers and friends and help them I am high on building relationships.
