sustainable bags for men and women called "Aerosoft Pakistan’s first Sustainable Bag". This product
extension will allow the brand to cater to the growing demand for sustainable products in Pakistan.

Relevant Target Audience: In this case, the target audience can be environmentally conscious
individuals who are looking for sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. The target audience can also
include professionals, students, and travelers who prioritize sustainability in their everyday choices.
Gender: Male and Female. Middle class

Market Strategy and Pricing: Since Aerosoft Pakistan is an established brand in the market; we
can go for a new product existing market strategy. The price of the new product can be set based on the
current pricing strategy of the brand. Aerosoft Pakistan is known for providing high-quality footwear and
accessories at an affordable price, so the new product should be priced similarly to maintain the brand's
image. The new product can be priced between PKR 3000-6000 depending on the type and size of the
bag.

Sales-Driven Activities: To drive sales for the new product extension, we can take the following
sales-driven activities:
a) Social Media Marketing: The brand can run targeted social media campaigns on platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to create awareness about the new sustainable product
extension. The campaign can include messages about the benefits of sustainability, product
