POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage the development and ongoing support for multiple software
applications.
The role involves participating in the entire lifecycle of the application from concept, requirements, design,
development, and QA to delivery.
Helps product management set functional plans and then produces designs to execute those plans.

1 Requirements Analysis and Development 50%
- Lead User Group Meetings and work with key business stakeholders to prioritize
feature requests
- Develop Support development of product roadmap
- Write business specifications detailing the operation of the application or specific
function based on Roadmap needs
- Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements,
product roadmap, and positioning.
- - Liaise with development team to ensure requirements are clear and to resolve
outstanding questions or issues
Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders using various methods,
such as interviews, document analysis, and product analysis, and create functional
specifications.
• Support Q&A from colleagues across the company on their domain's business
functionality
* Directs the functional aspect of the day-to-day sprint team work

* Perform acceptance testing on features they have designed, to ensure the
features deliver the expected business value/result
* Maintain high level knowledge of the entire application, and be an expert
resource on the functional behavior of multiple modules/areas of the system.
* Serve to provide usability perspective and direction to the development team, in
conjunction with customers and User Experience designers
* Use knowledge of the industry and product domain to proactively suggest
solutions and help with product backlog development
