*What choices have I given my students this week and did they work well?
I honestly, did not give much opportunity to give my students choices this week. This is something that I
need to do more often. I know giving the students choices really does benefit their learning.
*Have I used a variety of teaching strategies this week? Did I try anything new? How did it work out? Do
you need to make any changes?
I used some variation in teaching strategy this week. I used mainly PowerPoints in both sections. I also
showed a Modern Marvels documentary on supermarkets and how they produce food to supply it to
their stores. The students seemed to like the documentary. I feel I do need to focus less on the
PowerPoints, though. The students do need some more variety.
