Mr. Pezzano did a good job of questioning students throughout the lesson. He incorporated all of the students
multiple times. Students were engaged for the entire lesson. He reflected on his lesson and was able to
identify strengths and weaknesses of the lesson. Mr. Pezzano attended a equity meeting for our school. Mr.
Pezzano has developed great rapport with the students and maintains consistent classroom procedures.
