How to pull the TWU Eligibility #’s

1. Open Staff Admin: https://me.aa.com/staffadmin/

2. Once the application launches select the reports icon


3. Employee Reports 4. Shift Anomaly

Change both dates to yesterday’s


date

Click on ATL then scroll to RDU hold


Ctrl and click on it

Click on ATL-GENERAL then scroll to


RDU-GENERAL hold Ctrl and click on it

Scroll down to OT Request after


Shift click on it then hold down
ctrl and locate OT Request before
Shift and OT Request on Day Off.

**You must select those three

each category it will default to run
all stations and anomalies and
cause the report to be too long
This report tells you everyone who signed up for DO, EC, and
HLD. Each Station will be separated when the report is run.

** Anomaly Times: First column is always the end time of their


This report will populate:
shift and the second column is always the start time of their
shift for EC and HLD

To read the report: ATL Example

Pedro Gomez signed up for EC and he


is on 3rd shift. If you look at the
Anomaly Time its 2125 which is the
start of his shift. That is how you
know it is 3rd.

He also signed up for HLD and he is


on 3rd shift. If you look at the anomaly
time its 0755 which is the end of his
shift. This is how you know the # will
go to 3rd.

To read the report: RDU Example

Shawn Moore signed up for EC and


he is on 2nd shift. If you look at the
anomaly time its 1430 which is the
start of his shift. That is how you
know it will be counted for 2nd shift.

He also signed up for HLD and he is


on 2nd shift. If you look at the
anomaly time its 2300 which is the
end of his shift. That is how you know
it is 2nd.
Counts based on this report:

ATL
EC 1st - 0 2nd - 0 3rd -1
HLD 1st - 0 2nd - 0 3rd -1 If you see that there are Day off Requests in the report, you will
need to pull a separate report in Cognos to know what shifts they
RDU are for. Do not count them on this report. This report just tells you if
EC1st - 0 2nd - 1 3rd -2 you need to run the Cognos report.
HLD1st - 0 2nd - 1 3rd -1

Once you find the path to the Overtime Day off report it will stay in your recent and you will not
have to follow the path to get to the report.

Select Team Content:

Follow this path:


Maintenance and Engineering > Maintenance and Engineering Reports > Me_StaffAdmin >
1.OVERTIME REPORTS > OT and FT Reports > Overtime Day Off
Change the day to
yesterday’s date
Change the Department to
ATL

Workgroup – ATL-GENERAL
Select Finish at the bottom

The report will populate:

If there is nothing in the Shift column that means that they signed up for all 3 shifts.
Reading this report the numbers for DO ATL TWU will be:

1st – 1 2nd – 1 3rd – 1

To close out the report and run RDUs: Click on “Overtime Day Off” at the top of the screen then
click on the X. This will take you out to the main screen of cognos
The Overtime Day off Report will be in your recent and you can click on it to start a new report:

Here is the report for RDU:

When looking at this:

Day off: 1st – 1 2nd – 3 3rd – 4
