EXPERIENCE
Engineering Intern, MTX Group Inc. - Troy, NY May 2017 – August 2017
 Developed mechanical design models and drawings in Solidworks 3D Modeling, using ASME Y14.5
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance principles, which were then tested with Finite Element Analysis.
 Provided project status updates, generated clear and concise documentation using Microsoft Office and
delivered team level meeting presentations for review by management and team members
 Worked to meet product cost, schedule and technical commitments, resulting in quality, cost and safety for
product development and manufacturing
 Helped introduce Additive Manufacturing and Solidworks to the start-up company with team for research
and development, leading to 3D printable silverware, printer replacement components and more

PROJECTS
 Developed a solid stapler model in Solidworks for tolerance testing using FEA, which resulted in a stapler
under little load to have a large factor of safety.
 Worked on UB research with Dr. John Hall and student team on Twist Morphing Hydrofoils, resulting in a
mechanical design made of 3D printed components to enhance aircraft and submarine performance

ACTIVITIES
American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) - Member January 2019 - May 2020
SUNY University at Buffalo – Buffalo, NY
 Developed Solidworks mechanical designs with team for solar powered boat competition, which was
……cancelled due to COVID-19

Engineering Science Club - Member August 2016 – December 2019

Hudson Valley Community College – Troy, NY
 Built and tested Battle Bots using Solidworks and FDM 3D Printers to compete in club battle bot event,
……earning 2nd place in the competition.
