In order to describe my greatest passion in life, I am afraid that words will not suffice; although, given

that this is a writing class, I will attempt to transcribe this passion to the best of my abilities. The passion
of which I am describing is music, and it has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My
relationship with music can almost be characterized as an addiction, in that it began as a small part of my
identity and eventually crescendoed to become the sole reason of my existence. Music is in my blood by
coincidence, but in my being by choice. My father is a musician, and has given me all the tools I need, in
both the material and philosophical sense, to become a successful musician. The pursuit of music is a
winding path, and the next step on my personal journey is yet to be seen.
