someone who can to direct, lead, coordinate and develop the company to achieve goals.
Managers are always synonymous with capable people because they have many tasks. A
manager is in charge of leading a several of staff to complete tasks according to plan, the
quality of his work often determines the work of a team. The quality of managerial leadership
in many cases also determines the work environment that is built. With so many
responsibilities, it's no wonder that this managerial position offers a large income. Not only

these positions are filled by people who are qualified in their fields. In general, managers

also have skills because each company usually sets different parameters to determine whether
a person is worthy to serve as a manager, but a manager's own job is very complex so it is not
