Section: BEED 2B

My name is Cristian Lloyd D. Retamas, but my friends call me "Chan.x," was

born on Dec. 28, 1999. Loves to dance, play football, futsal, basketball, and baseball,
and sometimes I like to play my guitar. I live in P-11 Fatima, Compostela Davao De Oro,
me and my sister live together with my mother because my mother and my father had
some conflicts with each other. My mother’s name is Josidith D. Retamas, my father’s
name is Pemerose Retamas, and my sister’s name is Joserose D. Retamas.

Before this pandemic started, we had always been going out and traveling with
my family, sometimes I get bored traveling with them because when we travel or have a
vacation, we sometimes go to the same places we have already been, this is why I
would prefer traveling with my friend because it’s fun or would prefer to stay at home,
and sometimes I would go outside and play sports or dance. I love dancing than playing
sports because dancing is like my talent; that's why I go out to dance with my crew, and
sometimes I go to other places with my friends who also have a liking in dancing and
learn with other choreographers from different styles. In various areas, this is why most
of my group of friends are dancers and has a passion for improving their talent. This is
why everywhere there is a dance workshop, we would always go there, that’s why we
travel a lot in different places just to learn more about dance, but all of that change
when the lockdown started and the cases of COVID was starting to get worst.

When the pandemic started, my family and I did not really panic about the
situation. We were calm on handling the lockdown and the epidemic, and after a long
time with the lockdown, our bond was getting more robust, and our faith in God was
also getting more assertive, to heal the world from its crisis of COVID. We had our
struggles because of my mother's business; at that time that when the lockdown started,
it was tough to go outside and help my mother with the straggles of her business. After
the lockdown and I can go out, the first thing I do is help my mother because, in the past
days, I could not help her when it was still at lockdown. I could just clean the house, but
even at that time, I can see at my mother's face that she was struggling at work that's
why I was very thankful that I could go outside and help my mother because of the
pandemic it is tough to work because of the restrictions and curfew that are needed to
follow and the terrifying possibilities that you would catch the virus, we have to travel a
lot because our farm is far from where we live at, because of this pandemic the strength
of our bond and faith with our family. God is getting stronger, and I hope the world
would be healed as soon as possible.
