Design and prepare the ‘Architectural Drawing, and ‘Plumbing and sanitation drawing’ for
the approval of B+G+ 4 storied residential building in a given site. Consider to fit all the car
parking in the basement.
The requirements of spaces according to clients are as follow.
1. One master bedroom with attached toilet
2. 2 Bedroom
3. Bathroom/common toilet (washing machine should be fitted inside)
4. Kitchen
5. Spacious living room to accommodate dining area
6. Verandahs
Note:

• Client want at least two shop in ground floor within a permissible area according to
Phuentsholing Thromde.
• Follow the Traditional Bhutan Architecture guidelines and Bhutan Building Rules strictly

5. Calculation of water tank size and septic tank sizes.
6. Gutter connection details
