Stress and pressure are the main reason why people suffer from mental health. Based on my research,
people who most suffer from depression are young adults. Because the pressure is always there but you
just need on how you handle it.
Most of my love ones suffering from it. One of my cousin really suffer from it, to the point he want to
end his life. He was suffering from depression for the past 2 years. He was holding everything back in his
own.
If you find your friend suffering from mental health, talk to them nicely. Simple act of kindness will mean
so much for them. Be will them especially in their difficult times. Gather your inner self then focus. Turn
your stress into success. Relax and always motivate yourself.
