ORDER

Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Sivaporn Nimityongskul’s Motion for Permission to

Submit Suggested Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Request That the Court Delay

Entry of Its Final Judgment. Doc. 164, filed March 26, 2019. Plaintiff Sivaporn Nimityongskul

(“Plaintiff” or “Mrs. Nimityongskul”) requests the Court’s permission to submit by March 29,

2019, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for the Court to consider when it drafts its

judgment. Doc. 164, at 1. Mrs. Nimityongskul also requests the Court delay by sixty (60) days

entry of its judgment so a draft of the Court’s findings of facts and conclusions of law may be

reviewed by the Mayor of Mobile and Mobile City Council, and for those parties to poll their

constituents and consider their actions. See Doc. 164, at 3.

Plaintiff’s Motion for Permission to Submit Suggested Findings of Fact and Conclusions

of Law and Request That the Court Delay Entry of Its Final Judgment (Doc. 164) is GRANTED

IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Plaintiff’s motion is GRANTED as to her request that the

Court permit her to submit proposed findings of facts and conclusions of law by March 29, 2019.

Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED as to her request for the Court delay entry of its judgment and for

additional time for circulation of the draft proposals.
