1. What behaviors did Lynette exhibit that made her teacher suspect some type of vision
disorder?
Some of the behaviors that Lynette has project in her classroom to make her teacher suspect;
that she have some vision problem are that when she's working on puzzles or an art project
she typically lowers her head close to the objects. Also, she has shown some other distractions
in some others activity during classes at the classroom.
2. Identify the sources from which information concerning Lynette's vision problem was
obtained before she was referred to an eye specialist.
Before Lynette was referred to an eye’s specialist. She was identified with this situation from
the school nurse. By administrated her two vision screening yeasts in which she has suggest
that Lynette's vision is not within normal limits.
3. If the teacher suspected a vision problem, why didn't he just go ahead and
recommend that Lynette get glasses?
Probably because he as a teacher feel or think that he is not trained clinicians and the schools
or teachers need to be careful on not to be giving or diagnoses of their students. some parent
maybe does not like it or might get upset about it. 
4. What responsibilities do teachers have when they believe a child has a health
impairment? 
As a teacher they should pay more attention and if they believe a child in the classroom have a
health problem. They should make a report to the director or the person uncharged of any case
related to the health of the student.
5. If you were the nurse advising Lynette's parents, what free or low-cost health service
options could you recommend in your community?
I will recommend Lynette's parent to get an application and apply for the health insurance of
the Medicaid, which is by their income and also, they as parents could be able to have the
benefit as well.
