VOCABULARY PROJECT REVIEW

Directions:

- Review your vocabulary project list

- Check the pronunciation and find the synonyms
- Make as many sentences as possible using those new words
- Use the word in such a way that it is clear enough for the reader to guess the meaning of the word.
Developing sentences this way will help you remember the meaning of the word easily.

Example:

1. Devour
 [Consume] The man was so hungry that he devoured the huge portion of rice very quickly.
 [Demolish] That old building is finally devoured because it is not safe anymore to be occupied.

AVOID making sentences like below because they do not show the meaning of the word clearly.
 The man devoured the rice
 The old building is finally devoured

vocabulary.
