Material waste= 55.28x5% = 2.76
Cost of material per m2 = 58.04
Cost of material per m= RM58.04x0.15m = 8.71

Labour Cost

Cost of labourer per hour (1xRM 60/8)/6m2 = 1.25
Total labour cost per m2 = 1.25
Additional labour (25%) = 0.31
Total labourer per m2 = 1.56
Total labour cost per m= Rm 1.56x0.10m = 0.16

Total cost for 20mm thick cement and sand (1:3) to outlet = 8.87
