Business Name Registration Caravan

Since 2017, the Negosyo Center Santa Maria has been conducting Business
Name Registration Caravan cum Orientation on DTI & Negosyo Center Services to
promote its services to different barangays and upland areas of Santa Maria, Laguna
and its nearby municipalities – Famy and Mabitac, Laguna.

In 2019, the Negosyo Center conducted 2 runs of Business Name

Registration Caravan cum Orientation on DTI & Negosyo Center Services at Brgy.
Nanguma and Brgy. Paagahan, Mabitac, Laguna.

BNR Caravan at Mabitac Public Market

The Negosyo Center Santa Maria, and in cooperation with the Municipal Treasurer’s
Office and Barangay Nanguma Officials, conducted a Business Name Registration
Caravan with Orientation on DTI & Negosyo Center Services and Consultancy on
Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BMBE) during the opening of Mabitac Public
Market on February 11, 2019 at Brgy. Nanguma, Mabitac, Laguna.

The orientation and consultancies were given by Negosyo Center Business

Counselor Joemarie C. Valizado. After the orientation and consultancies, Business
Name applications of the participants were facilitated. A total of twenty-five (25)
Business Name Registrations were processed.
BNR Caravan at Brgy. Paagahan, Mabitac, Laguna

With the support of the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Paagahan, Mabitac, Laguna, the
Negosyo Center Santa Maria conducted a Business Name Registration Caravan
with Orientation on DTI & Negosyo Center Services and Consultancies on Barangay
Micro Business Enterprises (BMBE), P3 Program and E-Marketing, on the 7 th day of
June, 2019 at Brgy. Paagahan, Mabitac, Laguna.

The orientation and consultancies were given by Negosyo Center Business

Counselor. After the orientation and consultancies, Business Name applications of
the participants were facilitated. A total of four Business Name Registrations and
four BMBE applications were processed. Also, eleven MSMEs in the Priority
Industry were given assistance.
Weekly Entrepreneurship Seminar

In line with the Memorandum from Sec. Ramon M. Lopez to conduct at least 1
seminar per week, the Negosyo Center Santa Maria had tied-up with the DSWD-4Ps
personnel and 4Ps Parent Leaders, Senior High School Advisers, and Samahan ng
Kababaihan members to conduct the said activity in their respective barangays.

The Negosyo Center Santa Maria has conducted a total of 22 runs of weekly
seminar from August to December 2019.
