1. Health – it is state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity.
2. Diet - In nutrition, diet is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism.[1] The word
diet often implies the use of specific intake of nutrition for health or weight-management
reasons (with the two often being related). Although humans are omnivores, each culture and
each person holds some food preferences or some food taboos. This may be due to personal
tastes or ethical reasons. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy.
3. Hygiene is a series of practices performed to preserve health. According to the World Health
Organization (WHO), "Hygiene refers to conditions and practices that help to maintain health
and prevent the spread of diseases.
4. Social graces are skills used to interact politely in social situations. They include manners,
etiquette, deportment and fashion. These skills were once taught to young women at a finishing
school or charm school. The focus of social graces has changed over the last century, recently
with an emphasis on business etiquette and international protocol.
5. Composure is the appearance or feeling of calm and the ability to control your feelings.
