workshop includes step by step instructions and demonstrates how to use at least four self-care
practices. This workshop can be applied to any setting including schools, day-treatment, or
group homes.
Journal Writing Practice Guide
Created a journal Writing Practice guide that benefit both the Child and Youth Care Practitioner
and the youth they work with as an important tool for personal growth.
