Topic 1:
PANTAWID PAMILYANG PROGRAM

President Rodrigo Duterte stated that over 4.3 million poor families will be benefited from the
Pantawid Pamilya Program by pointing out that they made free tertiary education and universal
healthcare, he proposes that the public utility drivers will have assistance tough they received some
complaints but he explained that two departments will fix it.

Topic 2:
HUMAN RIGHTS

President states that "Part of our efforts to uphold human rights is the protection of the rights
of children.” He explained that the government will make efforts to protect those children who being
part of any child labor. He claimed it as an assurance to his people and to the children of his country
that the achievements have been rest assured as their obligation to fight human rights.

Topic 3:
HEROES AGAINST COVID-19
 The Philippines live in a troubled time. President finds that the country was snuffed by the
pandemic who caught onslaught. He said the COVID-19 impacted a lot of infrastructures but he
showed that there are still a lot of officials, front liners, etc. who are willing to supply the needs of his
countrymen. He pointed out his gratitude to the selfless people to fight the infectious disease by
Bayanihan.

Topic 4:
HEALTH

President Rodrigo Duterte analyzed all plans to increase the number of health workers and
front liners to the different facilities such as barangay health stations, rural health units, etc. He
pointed out that the calls on Congress to pass the other facilities that will help on National Disease
Prevention. He also claimed the plans on how to manage or to respond to future outbreaks by the
Management Authority.

Topic 5:
ILLEGAL AND CORRUPTIONS

President Rodrigo Duterte stated that “We need men of integrity and faith like Rizal and del
Pilar, men of action like Bonifacio, men of inflexible patriotism like Mabini. We need their zeal, their
self-reliance, their work capacity, their devotion to service, their ability to lose themselves in the
common cause of building a nation.” because of the pandemic widespread, the main plan of the
president got away. He claimed that a lot of people who commit illegal doings and corruption are
hiding in the shadow of COVID-19 and level up their doings. He said that those criminals are taking
advantage of the opportunity given to them, due to the fear and confusion of people against COVID-
19. He pointed out that allowing greed, self-interest, and ambition to rule will be will “be left with
nothing better than the lesser evil instead of the greater good.”
