Erica was ready and willing to try all modes of teaching, She grew in her ability to teach face-to-face with students. She then tackled online remote learning, Finally, she conquered both face-to-face and concurrent online learning at the same time. Her determination for the students to learn is what drove her to master these different modalities of teaching, Another quality of Erica that I would like to note is her willingness to step up and step in when needed.
