Terms and Conditions

1. The above quotation is valid for 30 days only from the above date
2. The Quotation given is based on the Area and agreed package and any changes will be at extra cost
3. Goods and Service Tax(GST) will be extra on the above quoted rate which is currently at 18% and any changes subsequently by the government will be levied extra
4. Measurement is calculated based on the Civil Engineering standards
5. The entire work will be completed as per the schedule and agreed upon mutually
6. Any furniture or wardrobe/wooden/metal shelf does not cover under this quotation for Painting
7. All Glassware/Jewellery and valuables will have to be taken care by the customer during the work in progress /are a
8. Removable of heavy objects and clearing of items from the lofts will be handled by the painters
9. Application of putty will not be done inside the loft/cupboard
10. Water and power supply is to be arranged by the customer free of cost during the work
11. Any scaffolding charges needed based on the site conditions to be borne by the customer
12. Any delay during the course of painting due to unavoidable circumstances due to pandemic/epidemic or natural calamities force majure clause will apply automatically
13. No compensation applicable for any delay in painting due to site conditions/customer the corresponding number of days
shall be automatically applicable for completion
14. All payments to be made in the name of "NIPPON PAINT(INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED" only thro Electronic mode only and
No cash is accepted under any circumstances
15. 50% advance of the Total Contract Value to be paid along with Order confirmation
16. 40 % Balance to be paid once 50% work is completed and remaining balance 10% of the Contract value to be paid before handling over the site/completion
17. Invoice will be raised within 7 days after 100% realisation of the payment to Nippon A/c
18. PLEASE REFER WARRANTY CLAUSE FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT AND PAINTING SERVICE WARRANTY APPLICABILITY
19. All disputes arising out of this transaction is Subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Chennai courts only
