Graviner Mk7 & Mk6 Oil Mist Detector Fan Fixing Screw Options

During 2013 the electrical connector of the fan on the Graviner Mk6 and Mk7 Detector(s) was
changed from a Single Screw to a Two Screw assembly. The change was made to further improve
the seal between the base and electronics in the Detector Head.

Single Screw Version Two Screw Version

(P/N 1-D5622-005-02) (P/N 1-53569-K005)

This change applies to all Graviner Detector Heads with serial numbers greater than the
following:
OMD Mk6 Detector s/n 13293331 and OMD MK7 Detector s/n 71329701.

The fixings are unique to each Detector head and not interchangeable.
Please ask all customers requesting a replacement fan to advise on the number of fixing screws
required (See images above) so the correct fan part number can be ordered.

The part numbers of the Micronel fan options are :-

Micronel Fan Assembly Single Screw Version (P/N 1-D5622-005-02)
Micronel Fan Assembly Two Screw Version (P/N 1-53569-K005)
(Both part numbers have the same pricing).
