STEP 1: Open your browser

STEP 2: Use browser to search for Google Translate

STEP 3: Click on Google Translate

STEP 4: Ensure you are on Google Translate site

STEP 5: Click on the Detect language icon

STEP 6: Choose the language you want it to be translated from (Malay)

STEP 7: You have chosen the language in Detect language side

STEP 8: Click on the Translate icon

STEP 9: Choose the language you want it to be translated into (English)

STEP 10: Type in Detect language side as above.

STEP 11: Click on the Copy icon

STEP 12: When copied appears, you have copied the text

STEP 13: Open Microsoft Word document and paste

STEP 14: It should appear as above now

STEP 15: You will notice a green underline on ‘my’ word. The green underline suggests a grammatical or
formatting error. Right click on ‘my’ and choose the appropriate word.

Repeat : You will notice a red underline on ‘kampus’ and ‘Bharu’ word. The red underline suggests a
spelling error. Right click on ‘kampus’ and ‘Bharu’ to choose the appropriate word if needed.

STEP 16: Go back to your Google Translate site. Click on the speaker icon. You will be able to listen to
what has been translated.

STEP 16: Still on Google Translate site. Click on the share icon. You will be able to share what has been
translated.
