First Choice
Title: Running Clinic for Beginners
Description:
In this research, the researcher is planning to make a running program specifically for middle
and long distance event runners, and explain to the beginner runners the answer to the
question “Why do we run?” to enlighten them that running is not at all boring and it is such a
great sport and hobby. In teaching this program, the researcher will also show a
demonstration of basic form of running, and will explain to them each step and each
technique in a way that beginners could easily understand. At the end of each session, the
researcher will ask for feedback from the guardians/parents and the following sessions will be
changed according to the feedback from the parents/guardians. Moreover, this is also the time
where we could share to the beginners the health and benefits that we could get form running.

Second Choice:
Title: Evaluation of Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA)
Description:
In this research, the researcher is planning to evaluate the importance of Philippine Athletics
Track and Field Association (PATAFA). The researcher choose this topic because all of the
competition here in the Philippines like UAAP, NCAA, PNG, etc., are based from PATAFA
rules and regulation. It’s important to know what the PATAFA plans to do with regards to the
future generation.

Third Choice:
Title: Evolution of Filipino as a Language
Description:
In this research, the researcher is planning to know the evolution of Philippine language
especially from the past history of Philippine language up to present. For example, we have
been influenced by different cultures like Spanish, Japanese, American, etc., and today’s
world, we as Filipinos were undergoing another lingual evolution. For instance, from “sakto”
to “saks”, “okay lang” to “oks lang”, and “puwede” to “pweds”, among others.
