Physical Installation
Start by connecting the end of an ethernet network cable to the LAN port on a PC, then
connect the opposite end to any of the numbered ethernet ports on the bridge. Connect the power
adapter to the power port and then plug the opposite end into an outlet. At this point, the power
LED on the front should light up green once it is set up properly. From here, you
Will use the PC to type the default IP address into the address bar where you can login with
the default username and password so you can start with configuration of the device.
LAN Configuration
You’ll be starting by change settings within LAN. All these configurations will be
within the LAN (Local Network) tab which is within the Networking tab. You can also always
go to the Status tab and look at the dashboard or system summary to find these configurations.
Pressing the edit button will lead you to the required page to make the changes you need.
Once you enter the setup page, you will start by going to the status tab which will automatically
open its dashboard tab. Press edit next to the host name and you will be brought to the IPv4
LAN page under networking. From here, you can will change the host name to LAN0, change

the IP address to 172.16.137.1 and make sure the lease time is 24 and the DHCP is enabled. You
will also be changing the primary and secondary DNS here to 202.201.37.16 and 202.201.37.225
respectively. From here, go down to the VLAN membership where you will change the VLAN
ID to 44, then go back up to the system summary in the Status tab where you can edit the

Wireless
Unlike with the previous configurations being in mostly one area, these following ones
aren’t all within the wireless tab. Besides the SSID and RADIUS, you’ll mostly be checking
settings that may already be set the way they need to be, so no worries if this seems too easy.
Starting in the wireless tab, go to basic settings and scroll down to the wireless basic
setting table where you can change the name of the SSID to PROWIFI. After this, go down to

administration, then management interface and go into web access to check the box next to
remote management in order to enable it. Then back in the wireless tab, go to wireless security
where you can select which security mode to enable and put WPA2_Enterprise. You can then go
to the encryption tab to ensure the algorithm is set to TKIP+AES. After this, you’ll leave the
wireless tab again to the Security tab where you’ll enter a couple radius server. Two servers with
the IPs 172.16.15.138 and 172.16.15.156 while sharing the port of 1812. 3G will be left at
defaults.
Networking
While this phase won’t be in two separate areas that aren’t networking, this part
will be a quick and simple check up. All you need to do is check for the DMZ Host tab at
the bottom of the Firewall section and make sure it is disabled. Check that UPnP is also
