something. My friend and I built nature signs for our old elementary school’s  ○ 3 years in

It’s an award where you volunteer for 80 hours. You have to create an ongoing 
project that will help the community. I am currently working on it and it 
should be finished in the next couple of months 

VOLUNTEERING 
 
Youth Group 
At the youth group I go to volunteers with the homeless. We go and talk to 
them about Jesus and bring them food 
 
Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad 

 
 I volunteer with my nana at the rescue squad. I do admin work, so I help her 
with the monthly meetings, banquets, and fundraisers every year. I have been 
volunteering for the past 7 years. 
 
Girl Scouts 
Girl Scouts do a lot of volunteer work for the community. We love to give back. 
We help make bag lunches for kids in need, we help out in canned pantries, 
and we help clean up the environment.

Vacation Bible School- Galilee Church 

Galilee Church has a Vacation Bible School for the younger kids every 
summer. The last 5 years I have volunteered to help out and be one of the 
group leaders.
