 coordinate and working closely with business users and IT team to manage and monitor project

create gap analysis between current process and to be process

The first thing, I usually made a gap analysis between the current process with a new process that was
proposed. From the gap analysis I created, I can conclude what the requirement that I need, just for
example the current process we have 4 steps process and to be processed we want just 2 processes for
an automation process. the gap analysis with a new process we can reduce 2 processes and from gap
analysis, we can detail the requirement for the automation process.

create requirements for new process

 perform testing with business users and product team

follow up and monitoring issues

create manual guide process

 create training checklist

Training checklist items:

1. Manual guideline
2. Credential for business user (training participants)
3. Environment readiness ( which environment can be used for training activities, ex: using testing
environment). For this item assign to development team/application support team

 monitor and ensure all training checklist completed before training started

 conduct training for new product/project launches

 create and share biweekly project status

asses new initiative before submitted to management

a. Create gap analysis and identification requirement


b. create business flow process (end to end process) of the request/project
c. preparation data definition and information to use for BRD (Business Requirement) creation.

 check and reviewing BRD


 coordinate and communicate with and IT team
 ensure all requirement completed

Product owner/Regulatory Reporting


as product owner, when the project already releases, I arrange and conduct a meeting with the user for a demo application
and how to use the application and also we collect questions from the user.

Moreover, I also assigned from another department to conduct training with the user where TMO  lack of human resources

for generate data take a long time and new process can be generated automatically. Where
in the new process can give impact increase efficiency, reduce human error and
improvement on the company.
