    Dear Lee Chungil (CEO)

    As the document of MiCo Biomed's Ref. NO: MiCoBio-201113-1 progresses, MARCELL proposes to
    PT. INKO MEDICAL INTERNATIONAL as follows:

    1. 1. MARCELL suggests provide free of Charge 3 VERI-Q PCR machines and 4 VERI-Q
    Extraction machines and 1 CFX96 and 1 Bio Safety Chambers.

    2. PT. INKO MEDICAL INTERNATIONAL donates the equipment specified in Section 1 to a


    company or laboratory designated by SARAH ASSAF(Direktur Utama, PT SATU
    LABORATIKA UTAMA).

    3. Equipment donation is a one-year contract and after one year, ownership is transferred to
    a company or laboratory designated by SARAH ASSAF(Direktur Utama, PT SATU
    LABORATIKA UTAMA

    4. If there is no order for nCoV-OM or nCoV-QM for more than three months, MARCELL can
    retrieve the equipment at any time.
