March 19, 2021

The meeting was started by a prayer led by Maam Lyn C. Babagonio. It was then presided by the
school principal Maam Cherry M. Fajagutana. The following agenda was discussed:

Agenda:

1. SEF (Special Education Fund)

Before, schools receive the same amount regardless of school size. But now, the school heads requested
that the fund be given in proportion of its school size.
50,000 plus 40,000
Please think of projects to be ___ in school.
2. Kabugwason Fund
One of the municipality in South Cotabato already received the Kabugwason Fund. P30,000.00

3. Science Club
Each teacher was given 3 pots. Please beautify the surroundings.

4. Feedback of Maam Lilibeth Funa

It’s a challenge to make our school a lovely place to learn.
Let’s plant flowers. Make and arrange the flower boxes. Improve the classroom structuring.

5. Purchase of bond paper and ink

6. Maam Nits PSDS

Condition the teachers that the Work from Home will be one (1) day by April 2021.
Work from Home should be understood that your work will be brought to your home. It is not a holiday
or vacation time.
Even though you are work from home, if you are requested to return to the school, you should go. If you
will not comply, you are marked absent.
Ask permission if you are going to do “other” task during your work from home.

7. Distribution of Learning Activity Sheet (LAS) and SLM for 3rd Quarter is on Monday.
8. Early enrolment is on March 26, 2021, next Monday.
