Research Dossier: Living with the social awareness and interactions of a post Covid-19
world

Dossier Introduction

My research is on the differences and new daily problems of living in realization of the
toll a danger on the horizon can pull out from under. The world had been awakened to
the cracks and problems it turned blind to from the events of Covid-19. The world has
had to adapt quickly and in ways that it still is mulling over as the scar still is fresh. It has
taken time and will probably take some more for the world to get back on its feet,
although the ways in which it already has are quite interesting.

This research project will discuss further on the points of what happened in the world as
the virus came through to reach their final standing decisions on what would best
protect from this ever again. In the clearing of a year after the first cases the memory of
the past world and the current one conflict and it is up to decision makers whether to go
forward or try to reclaim the past. These decisions from across the world is what I will
look into as I try to draft a clear picture of where the world has come to.

In the several articles that I have selected, each one talks on different aspects of the
world and how they had to change in order to preserve themselves. These articles are
integral to my research as they talk on key parts of the world but also bring up the
discussion of bleeding out while sticking to the past or picking up pieces to survive. In
these they will talk more on the vast and varying outcomes still being decided on
whether they will be necessary to prepare for another Covid-19.

With stories and accounts from people who had to deal with the virus on the front lines
to those that pulled the strings each one has had to accept new policies to keep peace
and safety. There are those that will push always for further changes to be made so that
this cannot even be a thought again and others that believe that this was a temporary
state that after passing can be reverted to a time when the thought never was thought
of.

Along with these inquiries I have so far gotten, I also have read up the main events and
top decided actions from across the world on Covid-19. I know mostly for now on the
serious cost of the virus to the world but am looking to see the human engagement and
thoughts that have formed from the time of uncertainty and fear. I am currently deciding
myself on what is the main connecting factor that leads people to make those decisive
actions during their despair. My research will continue to investigate better showing how
the world has become better or worse ultimately after the course that seemed to work.
