Updates for workflow not mentioned in Training videos

1) In Time Tracker use SKU number in description. That means you have to start and stop tracker after
each product.

2) Use last Filter excel sheet added and pinned in the channel

3) Add "Makita" in front of the title ... example: Makita 7-1/4" Circular Saw

4) If there is no filter in filters excel sheet you will always add Power Tools and 2 other subcategories + if
available and note mentioned in filters, add Power Type and AMPS. You can ask questions anytime if you
have doubts. example: Power Tools, Concrete, Concrete & Masonry Saws,
Power Type_Corded, AMPS_8 to 10

But this should not happen often.

5) Be careful when choosing or adding new filters. Make sure they are the same as in filters sheet. Be
careful where you put "_" and where you use capital letters. That will create new filter
Example: AMPS_10 and over......NOT amps_10 and over

Concrete......NOT concrete

Weight_10 and over.....not Weigth 10_and over

6) In your sheet there will be new column with Cost Per Item so please start adding it in Cost per item
field that is below Price.
7) Please add first image from the makita website as first, the order of rest of the images is not important

8) When there is a video in the images, you should add it too. Just click on the video when it
opens right click and click on copy video url. In shopify instead of Add image from URL click
on Embed youtube video and put the url there.
