Joseph Addison quoted, “No one is more cherished in this world than someone who lightens
the burden of another”. Hence, in a workplace the administrative group plays a vital role in maintaining
order and in aiding the needs of the members of an institution.

With much pleasure, honor, and humility I, Marc Anthony Prestoza, would like to file an
application as an Administrative Officer I in your prestigious University.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in University of Pangasinan in 2012. With

God’s grace, I was able to pass the Nursing Licensure Examination in 2012 with 80.00 as a rating.
During my internship, I was trained to oversee various patients came from different backgrounds,
checked accuracy of reports in the patients’ charts, and monitored patient’s needs. I am comfortable
working independently and collaboratively with my co-intern.

With the belief that I am born and called to serve; I took my 18-units of Professional Education
in University of Pangasinan in 2014. My fondest wish to become part of an educational institution
came true when I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers on September 2015 with a passing
rate of 81.40.

At present, I am an instructor at Lyceum Northwestern University in Natural Sciences

Department under the College of Arts and Sciences teaching the following subjects:
________________________ where I was exposed with some administrative work. In my years of
being an instructor, I have experienced writing a letter to the President posing our faculty concerns and
led some faculty organizations.

I firmly believe that my performances during my undergraduate life and my current

professional growth will pave way to the best administrative staff I can be, and to the best service I
could render to your faculty and to the university.
