The script for the training video

Role #1 Customer service representative (Paul and friend Jimmy)

Paul would be sitting in his office acting like he is taking call from a customer. His friend Jimmy
(customer) would then come into Paul’s office as customer.

Friend: Hello I have this Rolex watch and I was wondering if you could help get connect with an
appraiser?

Paul: yes, I can do that. As Customer Service Representative my job Is to help our customer get
connected with our expert Jewelry appraiser.

Friend: Awesome that is why I come to Worthy they a great customer service.

(Paul would then act like he is calling Faiz to let him know he has customer who is wanting an
appraisal on Rolex watch.)

Paul: Go ahead and leave your item here and we will have him take look at it and give you a call.

End of the first part the video. Try not to go over more than 90 seconds.

Role#2 The appraiser (Faiz Mohamud) I would then start looking at the watch and making sure it is
inspected and given the correct price.

Faiz: (Faiz picks up the phone to call Jimmy on the Appraisal.) “Hello Jimmy this Faiz from Worthy just
giving you a call about your Rolex watch appraisal.”

Jimmy: Hi where you able to get an appraisal on the watch?

Faiz: Yes I was able to get appraisal on it and so far I have 12,000 on it.

Jimmy: wow that is amazing. How does worthy do that.

Faiz: here at worthy we make sure you get more for your Jewelry. Thank you for calling I will have one
of our marketing team get pictures taken and put on the website.

Role #3 Marketing and seller (Ivy)

Here you would just do a quick video of you taking pictures of the watch and making sure it looks
clean and act like you are putting on the website.
Take like four-five pictures as if you were putting an item on website. After you could have picture of
sold item on website like a background picture to show it was sold for 12,500.

Faiz would then call customer to let them know check is on the way we were able to sell it for 12,500.

Faiz: Hey Jimmy it is Faiz from worthy Just wanted to say contracts we were able to sell the Rolex for
12,500 dollars and will be sending you a check soon for 10,000.

Jimmy: wow this unbelieve from the customer service to the appraisal to marketing team you guys
were amazing thank you. I will referral all my friends and family to work with you guys.
