SUBJECT: BASIC SALARY INCREMENT

Dear Sir,

Kindly consider my appeal to increase my basic salary to minimum of 3500 (three

thousand five hundred) dollars per month along with other benefits as per the company norms
based on my higher academic & HSE professional qualifications, skills, knowledge, experience
and beneficial services to the company from my excellence performance for HSE trainings such
as HSE Induction, Confined Space, Work @ Height, LOTO, Lifting & Rigging, Road Safety
Awareness, Heat Stress, Manual Handling, Inert Gas, Compressed Gas cylinders, etc. & ADCO
approved H2S/BA trainings.

Academic Qualifications:

Graduation:

 B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics)

 B. Ed (Bachelor of Education, Degree in Teaching)

Post Graduation:

 M.A (Master of Arts in Archaeology)

Work History & Experience:

 Total 28 years National & International experience as Site Supervisor, Safety Officer,
HSE Engineer, Sr. HSE Officer, Sr. HSE Training Officer, HSE Supervisor / HSE
Training Supervisor in Oil & Gas field and building constructions.
 Client i.e. ADCO H2S/BA approved Trainer for H2S/BA trainings since 2010.

Money saved by the company from my performing H2S/BA trainings, confined space trainings
in addition to other regular / specific HSE trainings as mentioned above.

 H2S/BA trainings (ADCO approved trainer) = 796,841 USD approx.

 Confined Space Entry Trainings = 122,615 USD approx.
 Money saved total with in 35 months = 919,456 USD approx.
