Increment Request Letter

With due respect I hereby request your kind consideration to provide a good increment in my salary and
change my band.

I am working in this esteemed organization since 18 th June 2011 up to now and successfully worked at
several areas & position

I am Imran Khan (Badge#: 69959) Band-6, working in HSE department on SAS FFD project in Abu Dhabi
as a Road safety Co coordinator & performing all related duties up to the satisfaction of client and our
senior HSE officers /Managers. Additionally, I am also involved in training the drivers about safe
driving /monitoring vehicles movement & drivers behavior through IVMS system & analyzing the data
collected from the monitoring device then submitting to client. It gives me an immense pleasure to
specify that the managers have shown faith in me and awarded these responsibilities considering my
interest and capabilities.

During the period of my service I have gone through all different phases & areas of activity, such as
Civil, Pipe Line, Structure, Welding, Lifting, Mobilization and Site Construction, contributing all my
knowledge, efforts & hard work towards the progress of the project.

I request you to change my salary and Band too as I am looking forward to continue working for the
welfare of the organization and requesting your kind support & consideration. Hope you will take my
request positively and grant me salary increment.
