    Dear Mr Kaushal,

    I wish to express my appreciation for giving me a chance to work with your esteemed
    company Rubatek Sarl. Your company has allowed me to grow personally as well as
    professionally. The team I work in the Engineering & Drilling department has also made
    a great contribution to my success in this company for 3 months.

    In my capacity as the Senior Safety Officer, I have had great responsibilities in ensuring
    that our safety & health systems are being adhered to, and all employees are working
    well

    I respect the desire of your company to create a fair environment for all employees by
    working safely. With this regard, I wish to request for $400 for underground allowance
    since I will be now working underground which was not mentioned in my contract.

    I am a hardworking employee and this is evident from the recent performance. I will
    continue with the same zeal to promote good service to our clients.
